APPOINTMENTS

Given the high demand for popular time slots, we recommend scheduling your appointments several weeks in advance to secure your preferred day and time. When booking, we will request a credit card or gift certificate number to confirm your appointment, and some appointments may entail a non-refundable deposit to reserve the designated time. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

For your convenience, we advise arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your initial appointment to complete any necessary intake paperwork. Alternatively, you can complete the paperwork in advance through your online account.

If you happen to run late, kindly give us a call so that we can make the necessary adjustments to accommodate your appointment.

CONSULTATIONS

Each client is offered a complimentary consultation and skin analysis conducted by one of our knowledgeable practitioners. Booking with specific practitioners may require a fee. Our consultations encompass a detailed discussion about your skin, an exploration of available options with associated benefits and risks, and a clear recommendation of action. We believe that well-informed clients with realistic expectations will find the most satisfaction in our treatments and results.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to provide a 24-hour notice for appointments lasting less than 2 hours to cancel or reschedule. A 48-hour notice is mandatory for group appointments or appointments lasting 2 hours or more. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $75 charged to the guaranteeing credit card, and any necessary deposits may be forfeited.

 

- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients' appointments.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase from our retail area, please return the unused portion of the product with your receipt within two weeks of purchase. We will happily issue a Skin Addiction credit, valid for product or future services. Please note that we do not provide cash or credit card refunds, and credit cannot be extended for products returned after two weeks.

TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF YOUR VISIT

Please communicate any medical concerns or issues to your practitioner. Keep valuables nearby, or better yet, consider leaving them at home, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
